Drop-in Description/ Schedule for College/ Junior/ Professional
Delaney Hockey Drop-In Clinics for College/ Junior/ Professional are conducted during the summer and off-season times when players are on break. Please consult our calendar for future dates. During these sessions players will learn at a high level. Curriculum includes:
High intensity resistance and overspeed
Skating – edges, transitions, speed/quickness
Shooting – in-stride, aiming, quick release
Passing – 1-touch, giving and receiving
Details of the game are important to work on – 1-timers, chip off boards, shot/tip
Board battles
Puck protection
