Pete has extensive playing and coaching experience. He was a two time All State player at Loyola Gold and was Catholic League MVP and leading scorer. He then moved on to play at Indiana University and was named Most Valuable Offensive Player. He has coached at Delaney Hockey for three years and has also coached at Loyola Academy since 2008 as Assistant Coach from 2008-2011 and has most recently been named the Varsity Head Coach for the 2011-2012 season.
A defenseman from Littleton, CO, Clark was selected by the New York Islanders in round 9, #227 overall, in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft. His playing experience ranges from four years at Notre Dame, the the Sioux City Musketeers and the Mississippi Sea Wolves.
A center from South Bend, IN, Jacques was selected by the Dallas Stars in 1993 in the NHL Supplemental Draft. His playing experience is extensive, ranging from Princeton University, North Iowa and Boston University, to the Rochester Americans, Milwaukee Admirals, Tallahassee Tiger Sharks and many teams abroad.
Kent specializes in leadership development, team building, defensive systems, video analysis and editing, and training and development. He is an expert recruiter, trainer and motivator for youth athletes and has a natural ability for organizing and focusing teens toward achievements of future goals. Kent has a proven record of improving operational efficiency with recruiting and has earned the reputation as the go to person for leadership and direction.
Some additional areas of Kent’s expertise include coaching relationships, alumni affairs, player education, strategic planning, conflict resolution and social media coverage.
His playing experience is extensive, earning the honors of All CCHL and All State while playing at St. Rita High School, being inducted into the NJCAA Hall of Fame, and playing with the Chicago Chargers – 4 time National Champions.
Kent earned a BS in finance from the University of Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and a Partner at Three Stacks Trading LLC.

JP is the son of former Blackhawk JP Bordeleau Sr. JP played his minor hockey in Canada up to the Junior level. After moving back to Chicago in 1999, JP began his coaching career with the Chicago Tomahawks. JP is currently the Director of Hockey for the Evanston Youth Travel Hockey Program as well as the head coach of the Loyola Maroon Varsity Hockey team and Chicago Tomahawks.
Ryan Taylor, one of the most widely respected coaches in Illinois amateur hockey will be joining the Chicago Mission after spending six seasons with the Chicago Young Americans.
Taylor is originally from Burlington, Ontario, Canada, where he grew up playing for the Burlington City Reps AAA Hockey Organization from Squirts to Bantam Major. He then made the jump into the OPJHL Jr. A hockey league, playing for the Burlington Cougars for two seasons. Ryan played his collegiate hockey for Coach Tony Fritz at Lake Forest College, where he was Captain for two years and a recipient of the Taylor Award for outstanding play and leadership.
After college, Ryan joined Loyola Academy Varsity Boys / Girls Hockey Club as an assistant coach. During his four years there, he helped the Ramblers capture a Kennedy Cup Championship, two State Championships, and three State Finals. From there, Ryan moved to AAA where he has spent the last six years coaching and developing the Squirt, Pewee and Bantam age levels for the Young Americans. This past season saw him lead the CYA 94 and 96 teams to the 2007-2008 State Championships. Ryan also served that organization as the assistant hockey director from 2006-2008.
